We encourage all customers to review our plans, features, and free trial options before purchasing a paid subscription.

2. Free Trial

New customers may receive access to a free trial period.

During the trial period, you can evaluate the platform, explore features, and determine whether StaffSchedule.io meets your business requirements before committing to a paid plan.

No refund is available for unused trial periods.

3. Subscription Payments

All subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected during checkout (monthly or yearly).

Payments are securely processed through our payment provider and are subject to their terms and conditions.

4. Refund Eligibility
